For students enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s course, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation education decree provides for a specific change of course procedure. This also applies to students enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s course at another higher education establishment in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
Your change of course application must be submitted between 1 November and 15 February.

You are already enrolled at UCLouvain
You must submit a change of course application.
You are enrolled in another higher education establishment in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation
You must submit an online application.
You are enrolled at UCLouvain or at another institution and you are not a national of the European Union, or you are from an EU country and have a non-Belgian diploma.
You must submit a new online application by the applicable deadline.
Special conditions
Please note that admission to certain courses is subject to passing an entrance exam. You can change your enrolment to one of these course only if you meet all the admission requirements.
