• Not overdue.
• Not reserved by another user.
  Recommendation: Consult ‘My account’ a few days before the due date to see whether the item has been reserved.
• No debts with UCL, UNamur or Université Saint-Louis libraries.
• No overdue books from UCL, UNamur or Université Saint-Louis libraries.

Renewal procedure

• Remote access: ‘My account’ using your global username.
• At library reception: in person or by phone or email.
