Loss or damage: the user must pay the price of a new copy and a lump sum for administrative costs.
Failure to return an item or replace a destroyed item, or damage to or unregistered borrowing of an item, can be subject to disciplinary action by the user’s administrative authority. A temporary access and borrowing ban can be imposed by the library director.
The user of an overdue item is immediately notified by email or post. Non-receipt of this notice does not relieve the user of the obligation to safeguard and return or replace borrowed items and to respect Library Regulations.
