The morning of Wednesday the 2nd of March, the students of the second year of the Civil engineering master visited the yard of the Viaduc d’Huccorgne. The public services of Wallonie (SPW) commanded the rehabilitation of this important bridge on the connection between Liege and Namur. After a great presentation from the construction team, the students had the occasion to climb up the bridge piers and to enter the caissons. They also see the old and new prestressed concrete beams.
The morning ended on a high note thanks to the generous site manager who offered the students a food truck!
