Students who are nationals of a European Union country / a country with a VISA exemption (Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Switzerland and Iceland) & have a foreign access diploma	13 September 2024
Students who are nationals of a country outside the European Union (whether or not they have Belgian student status) & reside in Belgium & do not need a VISA	13 September 2024
