When students who are neither EU nationals nor holders of Belgian student status submit a re-enrolment application via their virtual office, the Enrolment Office asks them to complete a status declaration by which they certify that they either:
- have acquired Belgian student status; or
- do not or no longer have it.
The completed and signed declaration must be sent by email to the Enrolment Office administrator in charge of their case.
Once this is received, the Enrolment Office analyses the re-enrolment application and follows up with the applicant.
Failing this, no follow-up to their re-enrolment application ensues.
