You're new at UCLouvain ? Welcome !
At UCLouvain, classes start on Monday, September 16, 2024. But in order to welcome you and help you familiarize yourself with the university, the various campuses and faculties are organizing a WIN Week, a “week”, two days or one day of welcome and integration activities for new students, including international students. These are moments dedicated to discovering your student life, to help you find your feet in this new world and meet new people. See you on September 9, 12, 13 or 16, depending on your programme and faculty!

Welcome Day & Welcome Night - September 16
- From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Supportkot (kot à projet) organizes the Welcome Day, where you can discover lots of stands, take part in games and receive information. Don't forget to pick up your Welcome pack (to be exchanged for the ticket you'll have received by your faculty).

- From 9pm, Supportkot also organizes the Welcome Night, a festive event reserved for 1st-year students.

- From 9 to 27 september : The international students alliance (CGEI) welcomes you Monday to Friday at the Point repère (Rue des Wallons 10) from 9am to 5pm to answer all your questions. > Information
