Applications

Understanding disease pathogenesis primarily from blood plasma samples.

The objective is to ultimately define a list of factors involved in the establishment of an idiopathic pathology.

Based on plasma samples, the platform offers to study biological variations between groups of given patients:

  • sequentially or simultaneously
  • on various omics levels

After identifying the modifications present in the different omics strategies, the platform offers integration of the latter into bioinformatics models using in particular the network approach and clinical data from patients.
