At the Institute de Duve (DDUV)Orbitrap Fusion Lumos (IET) coupled with RSLC nanoHPLC Ultimate 3000 (THERMOFISCHER SCIENTIFIC)

  • ThermoScientific LTQ XL linear ion trap mass spectrometer fitted with an electrospray ionization (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source, equipped with CID and ETD fragmentation for MS/MS analysis
  • Possibilities of performing nano-electrospray ionization analysis or peptide analysis by coupling to a Dionex capillary HPLC system for on-line 1D- or 2D-LC-MS
  • Bioinformatics workstation for protein identification and label-free quantification : Proteome Discoverer, BioWorks, Sieve, Biomass, Sequest

SYNAPT G2-Si high definition mass spectrometer (WATERS) coupled to the NanoACQUITY UPLC MClass system (WATERS)

  • Applied Biosystems 4800 MALDI-TOF-TOF ("matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization - Time of flight") mass spectrometer for MS and MSMS analysis
  • 2D-nano and capillary LC (Ultimate 3000, Dionex) + Microfraction collector and MALDI spotting system (Probot, Dionex) for off-line 1D- or 2D-LC-MS
  • 2D-gels electrophoresis : IPGPhor + Ettan Dalt 6 (Amersham), Image scanner Labscan + Image Master 2D Platinum + Ettan DIGE Imager + Decycder v7.0 software
  • Bioinformatics workstation for protein identification and quantification: Mascot, GPS explorer, Protein Pilot v2.0, Decyder v7.0
