The re-enrolment procedure varies depending on whether or not you were enrolled on a regular basis at UCLouvain the preceding year.

You were enrolled on a regular basis for the current academic and you wish to re-enrol for next year.
You must submit your online re-enrolment application between 27 June and 30 September, or more specifically:

This application must be made from your Virtual Office: click the "My studies" widget, then the "Re-enrol at university" button.
How do I know my application was received?
Once your re-enrolment application is validated online, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at your UCLouvain address.
You will then receive another email informing you that your application:

For students whose nationality is
