You can request an item located in a library on another UCLouvain campus.
For example, if you are a student on the Woluwe campus, you can borrow a book in a library on the Louvain-la-Neuve campus.
Our interlibrary loan services will request the book you are looking for and arrange the transfer.
This service is completely free!
To submit a request: fill out the online form or the form at your library counter.
Terms:
- be a UCLouvain student or staff member
or
- an individual registered for the year in one of our libraries
and
- request a transfer between libraries located on different campuses; requests for transfers between libraries on the same campus will be systematically refused.
