- welcome by the institute's President, Pierre Fastrez
- organization chart of the ILC and its poles/centers within UCLouvain
- presentation of the local administrative team, CORSCI (scientific body), doctoral commissions (Infocom & LALE), libraries and research publications
- personal identification (signature, portal...)
- ILC intranet: where can you find key information on ILC life (logistics, subsidies, research assistance, etc.)?
- good financial practices (consulting e-accounts, orders, purchases, expense reports, etc.)
- key dates in the ILC diary
- questions/answers
