MiiL among the founding partners of IIS HITT (Human Interaction Technology Transfer)

PFTPLUS

The HITT (Human Interaction Technology Transfer) consortium supports the Strategic Innovation Initiative (IIS HITT), which is part of Wallonia's S3 strategy.

Led by two university innovation platforms (Le Click - UMons and MiiL - UCLouvain), Digital Station (Sambrinvest) and RTBF, the initiative includes several collaborative projects involving players from the education (XR Academy Wallonia) and research (Centres de Recherche Agréés) sectors.

In practical terms, the HITT (Human Interaction Technology Transfer) actions will enable economic players (companies, (para)public bodies, etc.) to:

  •     identify XR use cases in their field,
  •     validate the technical and market feasibility (POC, POV),
  •     develop or participate in the development of XR products,

by working with Walloon players in XR and other advanced digital technologies (AI, blockchain, digital twins, Cyber, IOT, etc.).
