Objective:
The MEALOR II Summer School aims to provide participants with a synthetic view of the physics and mechanics of brittle and ductile fracture under monotonic loading, from the theoretical, numerical and experimental foundations to the most recent applications and research areas of the local fracture approach. The fundamental mechanisms of fracture will be at the heart of the different approaches.
Programme:
The school will take place over two weeks (free weekend) in the form of lectures, tutorials and experimental and numerical practical work.
