Through its five operational teams and three cross-functional teams, the Human Resources Department (ARH) ensures the proper management of the university’s human capital. It helps to ensure that our institution’s HR practices are aligned with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers promoted by the European Commission. It does this by adopting via EURAXESS the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), meeting all the requirements for HR policy progress and quality in order to maintain and renew the HR Excellence in Research label.
