Euraxess : Jobs & Funding

EURAXESS Jobs and Funding is an online tool presenting job offers and funding opportunities for researchers from all over the world in the partner countries of the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes.

Researchers of all nationalities can post their CVs and search for job offers and research funding, free of charge. Institutions, universities, companies and other public or private research bodies can submit calls for applications, apply for research funding and consult CVs.

Researchers can also directly access the EURAXESS national websites of the partner countries, which contain information on job opportunities in research and funding, as well as personalised services in each country.

UCLouvain is committed to promoting the use of the EURAXESS Jobs and Funding website to publish job offers for researchers.

Are you planning to recruit a researcher?

By using this European tool, you benefit from a number of advantages, including:

  • offer transparency, ease of use, and access to a large international audience;
  • more effective dissemination of your ad thanks to information being passed on to a range of leading websites.

In addition, by working through the Research Administration Department (ADRE), your offers will benefit from the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R). For adopting the strategy, UCLouvain received the renewable HR Excellence in Research label, which recognises the excellence of the work conditions and procedures for welcoming, recruiting and supporting the careers of researchers at UCLouvain. Owing to our continuing commitment to HRS4R, the label was renewed on 20 January 2020.

To use EURAXESS at UCLouvain:

  • create a new account;
  • inform ADRE (specifically, Sara Wilmet) that you have created an account so that we can add you as a member of the UCLouvain parent account;
  • create your job offers directly via “Job offers”;
  • use this same account if you wish to add other job offers later.

If you have any questions about the recruitment of temporary scientific staff, please contact the Human Resources Department.

Please note that you can also post job offers on the “Academic Positions” website.
