The added value of implicit motives for management research

The added value of implicit motives for management research won the Outreach Award during the fifth edition of our annual LouRIM Research Award. This paper investigates how the Brief Implicit Association Test, an efficient, reliable and valid measure of implicit motives, can be useful in management research to assess these motives, which are rarely measured despite their potential to understand many business and societal phenomena.
