Science parks and incubators

Parc scientifique de Louvain-la-Neuve

A pioneer in science park development, the Université catholique de Louvain created the Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park in 1971.

Today, as a force in regional economic development, UCLouvain has two science parks (Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park and Seneffe Science Park) and four business incubators (Centre for Enterprise and Innovation (CEI), Brussels Life Science Incubator (BLSI), Activalis and Le Galien).

Science parks

The UCLouvain Science Parks select and host mainly innovative companies (minimum 80%). In addition to offering them an ideal location, the Science Park Service supports its resident companies in their development through networking with the UCLouvain Louvain Innovation Network and university-company networking.

The Science Parks open their doors to all innovative companies, from start-ups to multinationals, whether they seek infrastructure, land or space to rent.
