Service Desk

The Service Desk is a unique contact point for all requests related to information technology at UCL. A call centre directs the user to the appropriate contact.

The Service Desk helps all new UCL staff and students resolve problems regarding access cards, global usernames and passwords, and considers IT service requests (email, agenda, Wi-Fi, website, etc.)
