As part of the Plan de Relance and the Energy Transition Platform of Excellence, the CREDEM has just acquired a state-of-the-art flow visualisation and optical diagnostics system to develop new experimental activities and increase its expertise in this field.

The main aim of this platform is twofold : to provide a quality service to the public in recognised areas of expertise, and to enable research into clinical or specific populations.

Acquired thanks to the Wallonia Recovery Plan as part of the SPACE Excellence Platform, the frequency comb will be used to determine the frequency of lasers emitting in the near infrared and greatly improve their stability by slaving them to the comb.

To boost research in the fields of chemistry, biology and materials science, a new high-resolution mass spectrometer (HRMS) coupled with Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) has just been installed within the ASM platform.

As part of the Wallonia Recovery Plan and the BIOGREEN Platform of Excellence, the ASM platform has just acquired two new nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometers.
