How to build a cognitive Chatbot with Watson

With the growth of AI, we have witnessed the widespread of cognitive services that are becoming more and more pervasive.
Chatbots have been leading the shift to the new cognitive / AI paradigm but will probably transform our landscape and help redefine interactions with intelligent systems.
After quickly explaining what is AI Cognitive and Deep Learning, the speaker will discuss an implementation of a commercial grade Chatbot that was developed for a major Belgian bank.
He will explain the new approaches to innovative projects using Design Thinking and the Garage Method, discuss how to assemble such a cognitive app, and how to train such a system using machine learning.
