Developing a start-up based on Open Source

This talk is an introduction to the start-up world and open source software, with a focus on how it shapes the software development industry.
The speaker will use examples well known in the IT world, while providing also a more personal point of view about how using and writing open source software impacts Bluesquare as a start-up.
He will highlight what start-ups are and why they differ from more established companies, mostly from a career point of view.
In addition, the possible business models around open source will be described - how as a software company, if you start giving out software for free, you can still pay your bills.
