Both the recent pandemic and environmental concerns have led the academic world to rethink its practices when it comes to travel and scientific meetings. New ways of communicating have become part of our daily routine, with their advantages, but also their limitations.

These changes are prompting us, in particular, to consider face-to-face scientific meetings as precious moments and to turn them into opportunities for meetings and exchanges that offer significant added value compared with online meetings.
