Valo Doc is the UCLouvain online platform for PhD candidates ! It a website entirely dedicated to answering your questions and give you all the information regarding your doctoral journey at UCLouvain. From how to register to how to organize your defense, Valo Doc provides you all you need to know how to successfully carry out research in an appropriate environment. Given the hybrid status of PhD students, the day-to-day management of their doctoral studies involves interactions with many different departments and tools (subject-specific doctoral committee, Admissions Office, Research Department, institutes, HR Department, Finance Department, International Relations Department, DIAL, etc.). This is why Valo Doc provides useful contacts to be sure you have all the information you need. You will also find information regarding other aspects like trainings, funding, career, mobility, etc.
