In the framework of the "FSR Postdoctoral fellowships 2025", LIDAM (Louvain Institute of Data Analysis and Modeling in economics and statistics - Université catholique de Louvain - Belgium) is willing to host postdoctoral researchers for a period of 36 months.
Lidam is a multidisciplinary institute grouping 4 research institutes:
- CORE (Center for Operations Research and Econometrics)
- IRES (Institute for Economic and Social Research)
- ISBA (Institute of Statistics, Biostatistics and Actuarial Sciences)
- LFIN (Louvain Finance)
Our research disciplines: Economics/Econometrics; Statistics, Biostatistics & Actuarial Sciences; Finance; Operations research; Quantitative Geography.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants to an FSR Incoming postdoctoral fellowship must:
- hold a PhD before 1st May 2025 and for a max of 5 years on 5 February 2025.
- be in mobility condition i.e. not having resided nor carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Belgium for more than 24 months in the 3 years immediately before the starting date of the project
- have the support of a LIDAM promoter

Content of the application:
Your application must include:
- a CV with the following information: NAME - EMAIL - DATE OF BIRTH - NATIONALITY - DATE OF PHD - CURRENT POSITION
- the selected field of research with the name of the promoter found on LIDAM entities (CORE - IRES - ISBA - LFIN)
- a preliminary project (1-2 pages) in pdf format
- 3 recommendation references (NAME - INSTITUTION - EMAIL)
