On 15 May 2024 from 13:00 to 15:30, Louvain4Nutrition is pleased to invite you to a scientific seminar featuring a number of food and nutrition-related projects carried out in collaboration with countries from the global South.
A team from the Research Institute IPSY will present the results of a study on the psychological barriers to insect consumption, with a comparison between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Europe. We will also be hear from LDRI researchers who will present research on the antiparasitic and antimicrobial effects of bioactive plant compounds, and ARES-CCD's "institutional support" with Benin.
The seminar will be followed by an informal "speed-dating " session to discuss our projects and research in the field of nutrition and food.
The meeting will take place in the Collège des Doyens building (Salle Vaes), Place Rabelais, Louvain-la-Neuve.
