CHARGES
All the charges (warming, water, shared cleaning costs - see hereunder the annex of your lease agreement) are included in the rent, except the electricity, which will be monthly invoiced separately.
DEPOSIT
A deposit must be paid at the beginning of the lease agreement. This deposit could be used to cover costs of damages.
LEASE AGREEMENT
- room in a shared flat = 10 or 12 months (depending on the housing) Beginning on September 15th.
- flat or studio 1 person = 12 months. Beginning on September 15th.
- studio 2 persons or appartement = 12 months. Beginning on September 1th
THE ANNEX OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT
This annex make part of your lease agreement. All the important renting conditions are mentionned in the annex.

HOUSING SUPPORT
Depending on criteria such as social or economical situation of the student, you could ask for a financial aid (in order to reduce the rent of your accommodation)
