Exchange Student

You are an incoming exchange student

 

Without extra charge, you are allowed to take the following course·s :

  • French course·s (i.e. LFRAN) :

    • 10 credits/maximum of 30 ECTS per semester

    • 16 credits/maximum of 60 ECTS per academic year

  • the same ILV language courses as those in your Faculty’s Student Programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees) :

    • 6 credits/maximum of 30 ECTS per semester

    • 10 credits/maximum of 60 ECTS per academic year

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

  1. You are required to complete the 'Incoming exchange student form' and have this form approved by the exchange programme coordinator in your Faculty at UCLouvain

  2. Return this form, completed and signed, to your ILV language instructor ♦ BEFORE 21 October 2022 (Q1) ♦ BEFORE 24 February 2023 (Q2) ♦

  3. From the very first courses, complete the essential 'Personal data form'.

If  you are not permitted to add language course·s to your Learning Agreement,
you have access as a 'Free Student' to the following language course·s :

German ~ Arabic ~ Chinese ~ French as a foreign language ~ Italian ~ Japanese ~ Portuguese ~ Russian ~ Turkish

You may not take classes in English Dutch Spanish Sign Language

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Follow the procedure for 'Free Students'

♦ From 3 to 10 credits = 139,20 € ♦

♦ 11 credits or more = 139,20 € + 90,00 € per class ♦
(max. 20 ECTS)
