I am a UCLouvain Student and...

 

  1. I consult the schedules on ADE

  2.  I enrol in one of the GROUPS of this course on Moodle UCLouvain (online learning platform)

  3.  Without further ado, I attend the ILV course in my programme !

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
(from Bachelier bloc 2)

As the programmes end on 31 October, 
requests to add an ILV course to your Annual Programme for Q2 must be submitted from the start of Q1!

I fill in the online form 'Request to add an ILV course to my Annual Programme' (paper version only for Sign Language HERE) and follow the procedure step by step :

1) Apply for ILV Teacher approval using this online form
2) Submit written consent to my Faculty Programme Manager before 11/10/2024
3) for possible validation by my Faculty Jury.

As a UCLouvain student, I have access to language courses, outside my programme, in Arabic ~ Chinese ~ French as a foreign language ~ German ~ Italian ~ Japanese ~ Korean ~ Portuguese ~ Russian ~ Turkish

However, I do NOT have access to courses in Dutch English Sign Language Spanish

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR 'FREE STUDENT'

♦ From 3 to 10 credits = 139,20 € ♦

♦ 11 or more credits = 139,20 € + 90,00 € per course ♦
(max 30 ECTS)

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

First, I complete the "Certificate for Outgoing Exchange Students" and follow the step-by-step procedure:

1) Apply for ILV Teacher Approval using this certificate
2) Submit written consent to my Faculty Mobility Coordinator
3) Send the completed and signed certificate to the ILV Secretariat

► Depending on the choice of my Faculty, this course will be added to my programme or taken outside my programme (outside my programme, registration of this course by ILV under 'ERAS LV', thanks to this certificate !).

►► ERAS LV = as part of my OUT exchange programme, but outside my Annual Programme. However, this is not a Free Student enrolment, because under ERAS LV, my enrolment is completely free :-)

►►► Under ERAS LV, I am invited to attend the course regularly and to take the exam when I return from my Erasmus stay !

As a UCLouvain student, I have access to course·s outside my programme in Arabic ~ Chinese ~ German ~ Italian ~ Japanese ~ Korean ~ Portuguese ~ Russian ~ Turkish

According to the language,

  1. You should enrol TEMPORARILY as a 'Free Student'. See process described above ► you would like to take a language course outside your Annual Student Programme ?

  2. Once you have been selected for an exchange programme, you should go to the UCLouvain Enrolment Office with proof of your selection for reimbursement of any fees.

  3. You should notify the ILV Secretariat of this change  in order to be officially enroled in the course under the conditions of the 'ERAS LV' label (that is, outside your programme, as an outgoing exchange student = FREE courses).

For English, Spanish, or Dutch,

  1. You must TEMPORARILY add this course to your Annual Student Programme (for Q2 requests must be made at the beginning of Q1 ). See process described above ► you would like to add a language course to your Annual Student Programme ?

  2. Once you have been selected for an exchange programme, you could request that your UCLouvain Faculty remove this course from your programme.

  3. In the event the course is removed, please notify the ILV Secretariat  in order to be officially enroled in the course under the conditions of the 'ERAS LV' label (that is, outside your program, as an outgoing exchange student = FREE courses)
