You are a UCLouvain Student and...

 

  1. Check the course schedules on ADE

  2. Enrol in one of the course GROUPS on Moodle UCLouvain (online learning platform)

  3. Go to your language class !

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE 

As no further changes to Annual Student Programmes may be made after October 31, 
all requests to add ILV classes for Q2 must be made at the start of Q1!

Complete the online application form 'Add language course for UCLouvain students' and follow the instructions, step by step :

1) Request the permission of your ILV instructor via this online application form
2) Submit your instructor’s written permission to the Administrator of your Faculty’s programme before mid October
3) Final authorization required by your Faculty’s jury.

 

As a UCLouvain student, you may take course·s in

Arabic ~ Chinese ~ French as a foreign language ~ German ~ Italian ~ Japanese ~ Korean ~ Portuguese ~ Russian ~ Turkish

You may NOT take classes in Dutch English Sign Language Spanish

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE FOR 'FREE STUDENTS'

♦ From 3 to 10 credits = 139,20 € ♦

♦ 11 credits or more = 139,20 € + 90,00 € per class ♦
(max 30 ECTS)

 

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

You and your UCLouvain Faculty complete the 'Outgoing Exchange Student Form' :

1) Request the permission of your ILV instructor via this Form
2) Submit the ILV instructor’s written permission to your Faculty’s Exchange Programme Coordinator
3) Email the completed and signed Form to the ILV Secretariat

► According to my Faculty’s policy, this course will either be added to my Annual Student Programme or taken outside my Programme (in the latter case, enrolment at the ILV provided you have proof of eligibilty for the ERAS-LV label = Outgoing Exchange Student Form)

 

As a UCLouvain student, you may take course·s in

♦ 11 credits or more = 139,20 € + 90,00 € per class ♦
(max 30 ECTS)

 

According to the language,

  1. You should enrol TEMPORARILY as a 'Free Student'. See process described above ► you would like to take a language course outside your Annual Student Programme ?

  2. Once you have been selected for an exchange programme, you should go to the UCLouvain Enrolment Office with proof of your selection for reimbursement of any fees.

  3. You should notify the ILV Secretariat of this change  in order to be officially enroled in the course under the conditions of the 'ERAS LV' label (that is, outside your programme, as an outgoing exchange student = FREE courses).

For English, Spanish, or Dutch,

  1. You must TEMPORARILY add this course to your Annual Student Programme (for Q2 requests must be made at the beginning of Q1 ). See process described above ► you would like to add a language course to your Annual Student Programme ?

  2. Once you have been selected for an exchange programme, you could request that your UCLouvain Faculty remove this course from your programme.

  3. In the event the course is removed, please notify the ILV Secretariat  in order to be officially enroled in the course under the conditions of the 'ERAS LV' label (that is, outside your program, as an outgoing exchange student = FREE courses)
