Objectives of the MSC Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) funding :

• Funds incoming and outgoing postdoctoral mobility;
• Funds salary, mobility to attend conferences for example or to meet partners, living expenses, bench feed in the form of a monthly lump sum for the duration of the stay (1 year to 3 years depending on the mobility scheme chosen);
• Conditioned by eligibility criteria to be met (please contact the UCLouvain Research Administration sara.wilmet@uclouvain.be);
• The call is annual. The next call opens in April and closes on 11/09/2024.

This training :

• helps applicants to make their MSCA-PF proposal more competitive;
• also offers the opportunity to get to know UCLouvain while receiving in-depth advice on how to write their proposal.

When? 30-31/05/2024 at UCLouvain (Louvain-la-Neuve - Aula Magna)

Who should attend? The doctoral or post-doctoral candidate in IN or OUT mobility and the UCLouvain host promoter (forming a pair).

What? Training fully funded by UCLouvain: travel expenses, accommodation (2 nights) and lunch.

• The host promoter may decide to finance 1 additional night, the objective being that the candidate can also spend time at his/her host institute.
• A promoter can support several applications if they are for different candidates and projects.

To register to the Master Class 2024:

• Each interested candidate will send his/her CV and the name of his/her UCLouvain promoter to the UCLouvain Research Administration sara.wilmet@uclouvain.be
• The Research Administration will then check the eligibility of the candidate and will send an e-mail confirming the registration. Supporting documents useful for the preparation of the proposal are also sent.
