The Double Degree offers incredible growth opportunities both on the academic/professional and on the personal side.

The two universities propose different, but complementary, courses and teaching methods. You have the possibility, especially at UCL/UNamur, to choose the courses that best suit your preferences and ambitions, without leaving behind the basic and fundamental courses of economics. Furthermore, the learning environment offers the possibility to develop and improve essential professional skills, pushing students to always have an opinion or idea and to present it to the class either written or orally.

The international environment is definitely one of the best qualities of the programme. It does not only allow to be surrounded by different cultures, but also to learn from people with different backgrounds and perspectives. For me, this was especially the case in Maastricht, where the PBL system motivated me to interact with my classmates on a daily basis, making the class (and out-of-class) discussions among my main learning sources.

The two years spent at Maastricht University and Université Catholique de Louvain/Université de Namur have been among the most challenging, yet most rewarding, of my life. The programme represents a prestigious stage in my education, allowing me, among other things, to obtain a traineeship at the European Central Bank.
