IREC is glad to offer a training for grant writing mainly focused on the forthcoming FNRS call.
It will, therefore, mainly target early career researchers with a permanent position at IREC.
The workshop will be given by Scriptorium Consulting (Julia Staykova) split on 2 days :
First day (16/10) : discuss evaluation criteria, structure of state of the art, objectives and methods sections. Set tasks for a project draft for the next meeting.
Second meeting (1/12) : (1) comment on own drafts and how to resolve challenges in them. Peer review of each other's samples (this might require a collective NDA or class agreement to share); (3) look at samples of grants; (4) continue with new topics such as structuring a grant-focused CV, project management section in applications like EOS.
