Collecting and reusing data
biul |
The research data used in a project may be "primary" or "secondary".
- Primary data is data produced or collected during the research (via field observations, measurements, questionnaires or interviews, etc.).
Secondary data is data that pre-existed the research. It was produced or collected in a context other than that of the research and is reused as research data. It can be found, for example, by using data repositories and registers of data repositories.
This section is devoted to the collection and re-use of data.
