UCLouvain is a comprehensive university that offers, within the framework of its academic positions, the opportunity for multidisciplinary teaching and research collaborations.
Since its creation in 1425, UCLouvain has been involved in the world and has developed through student exchanges, the hosting of international professors and researchers, inter-university partnerships, participation in numerous European networks and a long tradition of international development cooperation.
