The Human Resources Department implements human resource management policy by supporting each employee’s career path to the benefit of both the university and the entirety of its staff, in compliance with established regulations.

Its mission covers three main areas: recruitment, careers, and support of both individuals and teams.

The Human Resources Department also aims, in collaboration with concerned intermediaries, to contribute to the quality of the work environment of all staff (social and interpersonal relations and basic conditions). In this sense, the department aims to propose solutions for social assistance requests and to ensure benefits for all staff.

To achieve these goals and help managers carry out the dimension of human resources for which they are responsible, the department depends on regulatory tools, develops management tools and proposes training programmes.
