Vice-Rector for Staff Policy

Didier Lambert

The Vice-Rector for Staff Policy, Didier Lambert, received a favourable opinion from the Academic Council on 1 July 2019. He took up his duties on 1 September 2019.

Vice-Rector for Student Affairs for the past 9 years, a member of the Academic Council without interruption since 2002 and a member of the Rectoral Council since 2009, Didier Lambert (FASB/LDRI) knows the University, its bodies and structures well. This good knowledge is an asset for the demanding function of Vice-Rector for Personnel Policy, whose field of action is both individual and collective.

His missions ?

  • Ensuring the smooth running of all staff recruitment and promotion procedures,
  • Managing course assignments,
  • Participating in the works council and the committee for prevention and protection at work,
  • Ensuring consultation with trade union representatives.

In a society in transition and a changing university environment, with the questioning of the balance between professional life and working life, he will be keen to improve the quality of life at work to the benefit of the organisation.
