Le second appel transnational du partenariat européen « Clean Energy Transition Partnership » est ouvert.
L’appel est dit transnational car le consortium sera international avec chaque partenaire financé par l’agence de financement nationale/régionale auprès de laquelle il est éligible. Pour les équipes UCLouvain, le bailleur de fonds est le SPW.
Appel, guide et formulaire – CETP 2023
- Soumission des propositions : 22/11/2023 (pre-proposals) – 27/04/2024 (full proposals)
- Consortium: minimum 3 partenaires financés issus de minimum 3 pays participants (au moins 2 pays EU ou associés au programme Horizon Europe).
- Chaque partenaire du projet est financé par l'agence de financement nationale/régionale participante.
Pays/régions participants : Austria, Belgium, Canada-Alberta, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India-New Delhi, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Türkiye, UK-Scotland, USA
- Chaque agence de financement a posé ses propres règles de financement.
- Durée d'un projet: 36 mois.
- La Participation d'au moins un partenaire industriel wallon (= siège d'exploitation en Wallonie) est obligatoire.
- Le(s) partenaires(s) industriel(s) wallon(s) doi(ven)t bénéficier au minimum de 40% du budget wallon total
- Le budget pour les participants wallons doit suivre la structuration budgétaire du SPW recherche (voir Guide des dépenses éligibles).
- Les partenaires doivent avoir signé un accord de coopération. Sans accord de coopération signé par tous les partenaires, la proposition est inéligible. Attention, le CETPartnership ne fait que le recommander. Ne pas en avoir un signé par tous les partenaires et remis avec la proposition est un critère d'inéligibilité pour le SPW.
- Le SPW Recherche et le SPW Energie ont prévu un budget de 1.500.000 euros par appel pour financer des recherches liées aux 7 thématiques du partenariat.
- Toute proposition soumise à un appel transnational par des partenaires wallons devra être complétée par un formulaire en ligne de demande de financement auprès du SPW sous peine d'être déclarée non éligible. Le formulaire sera impérativement soumis en ligne pour le 23 novembre 2023 à 17:00 (heure de Bruxelles) au plus tard (en même temps que la proposition au niveau européen).

The Clean Energy Transition Partnership launched its second call for proposals.
This call for proposals is transnational i.e. the consortium shall involve partners from different countries ; each partner will be financed directly by its national/regional funding agency. i.e. SPW for UCLouvain.
General information about the CETP 2023
- Deadline : pre-proposals 22/11/2023 (full proposals 27/04/2024)
- Consortium: Each application must involve at least 3 eligible partners from at least 3 different countries participating in this call for proposals( at least 2 EU Member States or Associated Countries to the Horizon Europe Programme)
- Each partner is funded directly by its regional/national funding agency.

- Each national/regional funding agency has its own financial rules.
- Project duration: 36 months.
- At least one walloon industrial partner should be part of the consortium
- Walloon industrial partner(s) should represent at least 40% of the total Walloon budget
- The budget of the Walloon partners should be in-line with the SPW-EER budget framework (see Guide des dépenses éligibles).
- SPW has reserved a budget of 1,5M EUR to fund the participation of Walloon partners within this call for proposals
- Partners must have signed a cooperation agreement. Without a cooperation agreement signed by all partners, the proposal is ineligible. Please note, CETPartnership only recommends it. Not having one signed by all partners and submitted with the proposal is an ineligibility criterion for the SPW.
- Each proposal involving Walloon partners should be complemented by the completion of an online form through the online platform ONTIME (by 23 November 2023).
