L’appel « Staff Exchanges » des Actions Marie Sklodowska-Curie (HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01-01) est actuellement ouvert.
Pour quoi?
Les actions « SE » s'inscrivent dans le pilier intitulé "Excellence scientifique". Elles favorisent la collaboration internationale, intersectorielle et interdisciplinaire et ouvrent des perspectives de carrière dans le monde académique et non-académique. Ces actions d’échange (par détachement de personnel) sont ouvertes à tout type de personnel de recherche ou personnel administratif et technique, impliqué dans la R&I (secteur public et secteur privé).
Quoi ?
Les échanges de personnel sont ouverts aux consortia internationaux d'universités, d'instituts de recherche, d'entreprises, de PME et d'autres organisations non académiques. Ils doivent comprendre au moins trois organisations dans trois pays différents, dont deux doivent être situées dans un État membre de l'UE ou un pays associé à Horizon Europe. Les membres du personnel sont sélectionnés par leur organisation d'origine pour prendre part aux échanges prévus. Les projets peuvent durer jusqu'à quatre ans. La subvention finance la mobilité des membres du personnel détachés d'un mois à un an. Les membres du personnel concernés doivent retourner dans leur organisation d'origine après leur détachement, afin de transmettre leurs connaissances.

The “Staff Exchanges” call under Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01-01) is now open.
Purpose
These exchange actions (by secondment of staff) are open to any type of research staff or administrative and technical staff involved in R&I (public and private sector). They promote international, intersectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration and open up career opportunities in the academic and non-academic world. The SE actions do not finance the salary.
Details
Staff Exchanges are open to international consortia of universities, research institutions, businesses, SMEs and other non-academic organisations. They need to include at least three organisations in three different countries, two of which need to be located in a different EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country. Individual staff members are selected by their sending organisations to take part in the planned exchanges. Staff Exchanges projects can last up to four years. The grant funds the mobility of seconded staff members from one month to one year. Staff involved should return to their sending organisations after the secondment, to pass on their knowledge.

Electronic submission in response to calls for proposals published annually by the European Commission on the Funding & Tenders Portal by 28/02/2024 (17:00).
