Lucila De Almeida comes from Brazil. She obtained her PhD from the European Institute in Florence in 2017. Her thesis was fully financed by the European Research Council as part of the European Private Regulatory Project (ERC-ERPL Project). Prior to her PhD, she was associated with projects funded by the Inter-American Development Bank, the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation, and currently with FiDiPro/Academy of Finland. Lucila is member of editorial boards of two Oxford journals, European journal of International Law and International Journal of Constitutional Law, and Managing Editor of European Journal of Legal Studies. She is the author of the Encyclopedia of International Laws on Energy Law "Brazil" (forthcoming in 2019, Kluwer International Law), and co-editor of the book "Sustainable Consumption: the Rights to a Healthy Environment" with Alberto do Amaral Junior, Chair of International Economic Law at University of Sao Paulo, and Luciane Klein Vieira, Assistant Professor at University of Buenos Aires (forthcoming 2018, Springer).
