On Thursday 04.04.19, twenty-two human resources managers from private, public and non-profit companies met with Professor Laurent Taskin's students (Strategic Human Resources Management course, Major MHIO and Human Management, Bac 3 INGE).
Gathered for the occasion at the Aula Magna in Louvain-la-Neuve, students had the opportunity to learn more about some of the HRM systems studied in the course as well as the human management strategy deployed.
The "speed dating" formula offered multiple meetings and a certain dynamism for the HR managers present as well as for the students, delighted with these exchanges which confront them with the reality of the company. Guided by Camilla Scola and Corentin Héricher, the groups found their way with ease and established contacts that will be useful to them in the rest of their journey.
