In May 2016, the Louvain School of Management and KPMG have decided to pursue their global partnership for three more years.
KPMG is already very involved in the Louvain School of Management through the taxation courses given by the Professor Marcel Gérard and several interactions of different nature with the students of the Louvain School of Management.
The success of these different examples of collaboration and activity has led both parties to increase their cooperation in a scientific, recruitment and teaching perspective.
A partnership between KPMG and the LSM is considered to be of strategic importance for both parties.
For KPMG, it guarantees access to students, professors and their expertise directly and through networks. For the Louvain School of Management the partnership gives access to a valuable sector for its teaching and research as well as financial and technical support.
The aims of the partnership between the Louvain School of Management and KPMG will be to enhance the training programmes offered by the school, to encourage and facilitate teaching and research activities in taxation and to offer students, during their studies, the possibility of gaining experience in the world of business through internships, problem solving-oriented master theses, seminars and workshops.
