The Responsible Global Leadership (RGL) Seminar is a two-day CEMS course that took place at the beginning of the spring term. It brought together representatives from Corporate and/or Social partners, professors and CEMS students. Our speakers were Jean Raucent (Director of Staff and Professional Development McKinsey & Company Benelux), Tatiana Hendrix (Business Coach & Trainer at CroiSens), Gauthier Van Eetvelde (Executive Coach & Leadership Facilitator) and Laurent Ledoux (President of the Federal Public Service for Mobility & Transports, Director of Philosophy & Management). The seminar consisted of two parts: the first one was about exploring and developing the students’ leadership and the second one aimed at changing their perceptions & adopting new representations of leadership. It also included several social events co-organized with the CEMS Club.
All CEMS schools organized a RGL seminar and we are very proud to announce that UCD's (Ireland) and LSM’s seminars were evaluated top by the students!
