If you are a EU student currently in the first year of the FAME master, either in Augsburg or Grenoble, and if you want to perform the next and last year in UCLouvain, you should :
- wait until the FAME meeting of February during which the programs of Semesters 3 and 4 are presented by each partner University;
- select UCLouvain as first choice after this meeting;
- if your selection is accepted by the FAME committee, as will be notified to you shortly after the February meeting,
-> You will be contacted by the foreign students office, which will send you a couple of documents to fill (possibly online) regarding accommodation, registration, etc. - after a few weeks, normally in April or May, you will receive an official admission letter from UCLouvain (you will need it to register officially to UCLouvain upon arrival in Belgium).
- Further information on steps to perform upon arrival in Belgium are detailed on the FAME@UCLouvain website. Remember to collect all documents required to register upon arrival, such as proof of success in your first year of the FAME master, legal copies of all diplomas including secondary school, etc. (a list will be sent to you).
