Pierre Coppens Prize 2020 - 7th edition

The three-yearly prize of 15000 € was awarded ex-aequo in 2020 to :

Mrs Zoé Koray (Le préjudice de l'actionnaire – Université Paris 2-Panthéon Assas)
and 
Mr Nick Hallemeesch (Aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten – KULeuven).

The winners will receive 7,500 euros each and will publish a summary of their thesis in a 2021 issue of the RPS-TRV.

The academic session for awarding the prize will take place before the end of the year 2020 at the University Foundation (Brussels).

The Jury Members « 2020 » are : Herman Braeckmans, Henri Culot, Hans De Wulf, Xavier Dieux, Alain François, Philippe Lambrecht,  Edoardo Traversa, & Marieke Wyckaer


The prize is destined to reward a doctor in law from a European university who is under 40 years of age and who has written a book dedicated to a fundamental aspect of corporate law or any aspect of law in connection with companies.

The study must be an original work, written in French, Dutch, English, German, Italian or Spanish.

The prize will be awarded by an inter-university jury.

Candidates are invited to send a PDF copy and 5 hard/paperback copies of their book before 15 December 2019 to the President of the Jury :
