Starting August 2017, an online management application allows every PhD candidate and student of the Sciences and Technology Sector of UCL to perform the successive steps of their PhD programme (admission, confirmation, validation of training, composition of jury, private defence and public soutenance). This application allows PhD students to keep track of the status of their programme. It is also the main channel used by the PhD commissions to communicate their decisions to PhD students.
