PEPS (HTM) status allocation committee

The mission of the PEPS (HTM) status allocation committee is to examine applications and decide whether or not to grant PEPS status to students who have applied for it, based on a complete file diagnosing the disability, disorder or illness. It ensures that the jurisprudence is respected. The faculties can then, on the basis of this reasoned opinion, make a decision as to the accommodations to be implemented while guaranteeing the respect of the requirements of the training and its quality.

The PEPS (HTM) Committee includes :

  • professionals (academic or administrative) from the three sectors of UCLouvain (Health, Sciences and Technologies and Humanities)
  • a student doctor
  • an administrative manager
  • the President of the PEPS(HTM) Committe (who can call on experts if she wishes to make her decisions).

The Commission members meet twice during the academic year (end of October and beginning of March). For the 2021-2022 academic year, the meetings will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 and Friday, March 11, 2022.

The current members of the PEPS (HTM) committe are as follows:

  • M. Sack (Chair)
  • C. Van Acker (Administrative Manager)
  • A. Lejeune (Professor in the science and technology sector and President of the Baccalaureate jury)
