Guided city tours, orientation workshops, and social events will be organized by several services and student residences to help you integrate quickly and start building your network of friends.

Same day, Friday, September 13, 2024, from 3 PM, a double information meeting will be held:

for exchange students. Meeting room of the Dean's office. Information specific of the Faculty of sciences will be given: registration of courses, academic calendar, learning agreement management

for regular international students: Reception by the Faculty of Sciences - room MERC12 (MERCATOR building located on the same square as the general reception (Place Pasteur)) - 4 p.m.-5 p.m.: Site visit and drink, organized by the MDS (Maison Des Sciences – Student Circle). Specific information meetings for each Master can be found here.
Discovery sessions for UCLouvain digital tools are also organized during the first two weeks.
You will learn how the different platforms operate allowing you to consult your timetables, your courses, your administrative data, etc. They will take place in the Darwin computer room, Serres Building, Place Croix du Sud. Tuesday 09/17/2024 from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday 09/18/2024 from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday 09/26/2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. You can participate in the session of your choice, without prior registration.
