Compose your PAE (Annual Student Program)
Once your registration at UCLouvain has been confirmed (you will receive an e-mail), you can fill in your PAE (Annual Student Program) based on your first courses and the information provided by your faculty.
Via "My student file", you will have access to the annual program composition form.
If your Bachelor's degree allows you to take a minor, or if your Master's program includes options, you'll need to choose your minor or option before selecting your courses. Your Annual Program Proposal (APP) will then be examined and validated by the Jury. Don't forget the annual program!
Since the start of the 2022-2023 academic year, the reform of the landscape decree has taken effect. Are you enrolling in higher education for the first time? Then you're concerned. Among the points to bear in mind: the PAE is more clearly defined. What does this mean? On this page, you'll find all the information you need to know about the reform.
