‘Corpus Linguistics with R’ bootcamp

The course is intended for linguists who already have a basic knowledge in programming and some experience using R. The first 2 chapters and Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of Gries, S. Th. (2016) are considered required reading for successful participation in the bootcamp.

‘Statistics for linguistics with R’ bootcamp

The course is intended for linguists who already have a basic knowledge in statistics and some experience using R, and wish to improve their proficiency in statistical analysis of linguistic data.

The first four chapters of Gries (2013) deal with the basics in statistics  and R; they are considered required reading for successful participation in the bootcamp.

Software used

Participants bringing their own laptop should install R and RStudio beforehand.
