HOTEL ACCOMODATION AND CONFERENCE VENUE
The ibis Styles is located 15 minutes away on foot from the main train station in Louvain-la-Neuve. It is located in a green, a 6-hectare wooded park, and is easily accessible by car and train. The hotel is located close to the E411, N25 and N4 highways, and in walking distance from Louvain-la-Neuve city center and its train station. Free parking for participants is foreseen at the hotel.

CONFERENCE DINNER
The dinner on Thursday evening will be held at Louvain House (https://uclouvain.be/fr/louvainhouse) starting at 19h. The Louvain House, located on the third floor of the Aula Magna, is a space for catering, gathering, discoveries and multidisciplinary activities serving the university community of UCLouvain. It is located 5 minutes away on foot from the main train station in Louvain-la-Neuve and approximately 15 minutes away from the conference venue.
Unfortunately, our initial partnership with Musée Hergé was stopped unilaterally by the Museum at the end of August due to cited extraordinary circumstances. A last minute solution has been found at the Aula Magna. We apologize for the change, but rest assured that the local organizing team is doing everything possible to make the meeting and the dinner as pleasant as possible for our members !
